i am a 54 yr old woman about to get divorced for the 2nd time. we have nothing but debt and a house worth very little. i just want him to take the debt and keep the house. if he does that can he file bankruptcy and leave me w/debt while he has the possessions? and what can i do to keep from living in a refrigerator box? i am broke have a low paying job and im scared to death? any advice? thank you so much for your time. cindy

The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.

Quite frankley you are one of the millions who asked this question, as buy now you know you are up a creek without a paddle as by now divorced for a second time you have to put the past behind you and start over again lets hope the out come is better than it has been for you.
