How can I trim my thighs and stomach quickly? Does my weight cause me to snore?

Losing unwanted fat is a relatively simple matter of diet and exercise. It basically comes down to burning more calories than you ingest. However, what is not commonly discussed is that the quality of the calories you consume is far more important than the quantity. Strive to eat 5 to 6 small meals spaced throughout the day. The foods you eat should be as close to their natural state as possible. Fresh fruits and vegetables are great for meeting your carbohydrate requirements, nuts and fish are excellents sources of healthy fats, and fish and lean meat are great sources of protein. Avoid eating simple sugars, do not drink soft drinks or alcohol, and limit your bread and related foods intake. You should also strive to exercise at least 5 days a week for 30 to 60 minutes each day. One excellent program I would recommend is Bill Phillips' Body For Life.

There are many different reasons that people snore. Being overweight can be a factor, but many times people erroneously jump to the conclusion that this is the only factor at play. Many people who are not overweight snore because of relaxed throat muscles. Other times snoring can be caused by congestion in the nasal passages and sinuses, consuming alcohol before bed, or eating a large meal before going to sleep. I've heard of programs that help you stop snoring by completing a few short minutes of breathing and throat exercises each night. I've never tried it myself, but I know of people who swear that it works. To find out more about the causes of snoring and how it can be prevented or stopped I recommend visiting the blog listed below as a source.
