Help!!!! I am in charge of the easter lillies at my church this year

i have easter lily plants that i need to flower for easter morning..they are beautiful plants and a few have bloomed but i still have a lot of buds that are still tight..i though that they would have bloomed by now...as you may see i do not have a green thumb...what can i do to have at least 50% of the blooms for easter morning...it is friday before easter
