I have tried asking for them and they said a flat NO unless the 1100.00 dollars is paid then they will release the numbers.  SInce I can't seem to find a carrier to even give me a certain number really can I even have the number ported even if someone pays the bill?  I am just at the end of my rope with this.....:(   I wonder if I can port the number then if someone pays on the bill for us?  I think so.....even though it isn't an active number I just hope nobody is given our two numbers we had four two have already been given out to other people but all we really care about are our two personal numbers that we have had for all these years so that people that we don't talk to that often can call my Husband and I about his medical condition and they all have the old numbers that we had for all those YEARS and YEARS......Thank you so much for trying to help me I really appreciate it.....
