How on earth can i get my old cell phone number that was shut off for non payment from at&t they refuse every port request that i try? My husband has cancer and wants his old number back we couldn't pay the bill because of the cancer now they want 1100.00 which we don't have the money to pay this amount. I just want our two numbers back and i will stay with at&t no problem why can't i just pay the amount of money we owed 396.00 and just go back like we were doing for many years we spent about two hundred dollars most months and paid our bill now they want 1100.00 dollars i just don't understand why i cannot fix this especially for my husband who just loved his number we had the same numbers for about 10 years this is so sad.
