Help, my bum's not big enough!!!!!!!!!!

Help!!  I'm a 31 year-old girl in her prime and despite the fact that I take excellent care of my health though diet and exercise, it frustrates me that I can do nothing to make my boyish, hipless figure more curvy.  I know I'm one of a minority but I'm desperately seeking an exercise that will build my outer thighs to at least create an illusion of more curve if not the real thing!  Thanks in advance!

When you go to the gym, I would talk to the trainers there about your concern.  They can show you exercises in which you can make your sides smaller, making your hips and butt more visible.  Also, the more toned your butt is, the more you will be able to see its curves and outline.  A lot of butt, thigh and side exercises should help you out.  Good luck.

Your gluteus or buttocks, are actually three muscles. The largest straightens the hip joint, medius aids in both rotation and abduction, and minimus also aids in abduction, (moving the leg to one side). Here is a great site with plenty of exercises that will strengthen and tone those muscles.
