Help!! I'm a 31 year-old girl in her prime and despite the fact that I take excellent care of my health though diet and exercise, it frustrates me that I can do nothing to make my boyish, hipless figure more curvy. I know I'm one of a minority but I'm desperately seeking an exercise that will build my outer thighs to at least create an illusion of more curve if not the real thing! Thanks in advance!
