Dear Cat, the purpose here is to answer questions without making judgements, so no comments from me regarding the care of your teeth because they are what they are, and the important thing is to get them fixed. My wife worked with a lady also in your (limited financial) situation who contacted a dental school which did the work on her dentures for a nominal cost. They also referred her to an oral surgeon who cut her a big break on the removal of a number of bad teeth prior to the dentures.
I suggest looking for the nearest dental school and giving them a call. One reminder, this wasn't free but when compared to the estimate of cost she had gotten it was significantly less. From my wife's discussions with her, I can also appreciate your comment regarding intimacy. Once her teeth were fixed her husband started wearing her out (lol, but she wassn't complaining), they had to buy a new mattress and also deal with several neighbor complaints regarding all the noise, so girl you need to be prepared for some hot action when you get those teeth fixed. You all will have lots of catching up to do.
I hope this helps and it will change your life in a positive way so you have my best wishes.
