If you got your period then most chances are you are not pregnant. I think that the swollen boobs and bigger tummy are probably a combination of period and being extra sensitive to your body reaction over the fear of permanency.
The only way to be sure is to have a pregnancy blood test at a dr.'s office but also, you can have one of those home urine test just to stop worring about it.
From your question, it's not clear to me whether you did get your period or not, but at any rate, take the urine test just to know for sure.
