Help with activity policies

I have been asked by my administrator to make a Activity Policy Manual. I have to have a policy for activities we do daily ie.

1. group activity

2. Mix and match activity

3. Parachute activity

4. luncheon activity

etc. Can you help me figure out how to write these.
