It would appear that Annette has proven my point exactly: malingering does not help.

That is why doctors reject patients as "noncooperative."

It is a permanent red flag on your insurance record.  Now, if you ever come down with an actual disease or suffer a life-threatening accident, that red flag will pop up instantly. 

Doctors will still treat you, but it will be on "objective findings."  These can be verified by lab tests and diagnostic tests.  But they will not take your word seriously about subjective matters like fibromyalgia -- or a hunderd other "soap opera" conditions. 

In short, Alice, it is down to you.

Sympathy seeking will keep you sick.  Faith in God will heal you.
