I'm sure someone will be able to answer your question soon. In the meantime, I myself don't own an iPod, but my grandson's father works for Apple so I'll try to find out for you.

In the interim, if you're out running errands and there's an Apple retail store nearby, I'm pretty sure you can take your Nano to the Genius Bar and one of the Geniuses behind the Bar will be able to answer your questions and/or show you what to do.

Thank you so much, thats a good idea, there is an apple store near me, I'll go over there and see what I can find out.Places like that are pretty helpful, I also need a cover for this Ipod so I'll buy it there,that will help. Thanks very much.
