Want to do a dinner party, starter, main and dessert for 6 people, two of which need a gluten free diet, with no cheese or cream either. Any suggestions?

After watching "This Morning" programme before Fern left, I am sure Phil Vickery (Fern's Husband) said he has a cook book out for gluten free recipies.
