A:Yogurt, yogurt, yogurt. Eat the kind with live cultures after every meal if you can. At least once a day. If it's a female infection, you can also take plain yogurt (not the kind with additives) and use it like monostat. Candida thrives in an environment that is out of balance of healthy bacteria. Yogurt is that healthy bacteria and will kick it's butt fast if you let it.
