If I have an Dept. of Vital Statistics case number (for Pa.) how can I use it to get the info (name,etc.) for the person it involves?
Looking for my nephew who was given up for adoption at birth. Birth Mother (my sister) has serious health issues at a young age & feels the son should have the information for his healths sake. Can't afford a private I.
