I have stayed at the Wilton Palace and been very satisfied with their prices and accommodations. I would suggest you book a room and just agree to meet at the hotel. Be careful at the airport. Rent a cab inside the terminal. Cab fare to the Wilton is about $15. If you want a cab once at the hotel ask the desk to get it for you. As in any big city be careful at night.
