yes she can, and from a variety of ways. if she is sitting in the bath tub with bubble bath is one possibility. my daughter suffered with this when ever we used powdered bubble (like Mr. Bubble, etc.) she can also get vaginitis from using antibiotics, just like adult women do. I suggest you take her to her doctor to confirm the diagnosis and maybe the Dr. can prescribe something to clear it up and make her more comfortable. good luck janie
