i was arrested a week ago while napping in my car . I am a 50 year old woman who has never been in any legal trouble. After having about a 15 minute cry in my car i leaned my head back and dosed off. I was just recently let out of the hospital for continued health issues and nuerlogical problems resulting from a brutle assault I was the victim of on this past memoriol day. I awoke last week ....to a couple of very young officers who detained me......searched my purse ......and went through my I-phone at great length. They would never tell me what I did wrong!!! No one ever would! I was taken to a sub station where I gave a urine sample and then on to a womens prison where I was printed and released quickly. The slip of paper I was given said I was charged with 11150 (A) HS What is that ? When I called the police station no one could tell me what it meant!!!! I can't afford an attorney and I recently lost my job while on medical leave (indian reservations have different laws. you can be fired while on medical leave) I am so panicking!!!!!! What is this charge? Am I in a great deal of trouble? I fear for my professional License as well , I am an unemployed marriage and family therapist! Can anyone inlighten me?
