Help---I am cooking lots of ribs, how long will it take?

how long to grill ribs.. I have 48 lbs of pork spare ribs to grill for the holiday.  That is 12 racks that are 4 lbs each. I have 2 grills and 1 oven.  I plan to use a rub and cook for a few hours at 200.  Then grill/cook with a sauce and wrapped in foil for as long as it takes for them to get tender.  I will put 4 racks on each grill and 4 in the oven until the last hour, how long will this take?

smoking or grilling ribs

I am very picky when it comes to ribs. Every time I see them on tv they look delicious...small ..lean...tasty.
