Hi, Im asking this on my boyfriends behalf..We live together for about a year now we both have steady jobs..he works warehouse during the day m-f i work at a private daycare m-f..he has a 2yr old daughter with an ex..she has used his daughter against him because the fact him and i are together..last night she told him she is moving to germany with their daughter..they have joint custody he has her every other weekend and two days a week..the mother only alows him to see her when its convinent for her ie..when she wants to go out and party..he pays child support..can she take their daughter out of the country..or is there a way the child can stay here with the rest of her father while the mother goes to germany?..the entire family of the child is here in nj.
