I have a Chappee Bermuda heating system which has a leaking gasket where the flange is connected to the boiler. Despite numerous attempts to get it repaired by local plumbers, I have been unsuccessful because either they don't know how to repair it or don't want to. Thus, I am in the position of having to repair it myself. I have most tools and over the years have made many repairs including rebuilding an engine on an Austin A 40. Can someone tell me the proper procedure or recommend a book (manual). I have gasket material which I purchased in a large city.
Thanks for any help.
