MIO is the leading vendor of the "touch" watches - it requires a touch with the second hand to close the loop, so it is inconvenient and cannot be used continously. It is not accurate and therefore not used by "real" runners or athletes.
These watches are considered very low end - the respectable companies do not offer them ( not even as low end).
I am looking for a watch (withou a chest strap) that accurately and continuously measures heart rate during exercise.
Can anyone help?
