I think that it is a good idea to make us feel heard.  Unfortunately things are entrenched in laws and protocols for things to be done a certain way.  Staffers write the bills, read the bills and give a synopsis to our representative and they vote on it based on how popular the vote will make them with certain groups so they can keep their cushy jobs with all of the perks.  If they were to get the bills posted, make people aware that it is time to vote on a bill and everyone has to vote within 10 days, time to read it and think about the ramifications, if they want to participate they will make the time to do it, it would be a great idea.
