Healthy scary halloween recipes

Without any doubt, the simplest and most effective Halloween dish is "The witch's brew."  It is spiced cider -- with a few chips of dry ice in the bottom of the punchbowl.  DO NOT put the dry ice in the drinking cups, as someone could accidentally swallow it, but on the bottom of the punch bowl, there is no danger.

Find a recipe for soft pretzels.  Roll the dough out into finger size pieces. Brush them with egg glaze.  Make them look like actual fingers by cutting slashes where the knuckle would be and pushing a blanched almond on the end as the fingernail.

Spaghetti and Eyeballs-  Make pasta and sauce as usual.  Put two meatballs on top of sauce.  Put a bit of sour cream on each one for the whites of the eyes, and then an olive slice on top of the sour cream for the irises.
