I have just perfected a healthy, low-fat, 200 calorie cupcake recipe that you can make in the microwave. The recipe uses just 3 ingredients and a small tea cup. I developed it because I wanted to be able to make just one cupcake after a hard day of work. It took a long time, but I think I got it just right now.
