Do you want tasty low calorie? Do you want tasty low fat? low cholesterol? no meat? no ham? no red meat? low salt?
I'm not trying to be argumentative. There are just so many views on what is healthy and which way to go.
I, as I'm sure many can, help you convert whatever you life to be healthy in the way you wish. For a good example, if you buy some Wendy's chilli and put it in the fridge, there is very little fat that you see on the top after a few hours.
