I failed to enroll in Medicare Part B. I did enroll in the best coverage of PA Blue Cross and have been paying high premiums for the past year. Two weeks ago, payment was denied for routine blood tests. I discovered I was not covered by Blue Cross because I did not have Medicare Part B (even though I was making payments). I am without medical coverage and am panicked! I cannot enroll in Part B until next January and will not be covered until July 31, 2010. Please advise. Thank you
