I’ve been planning to start a fitness regime for some time now. What’s the best way to chart it out and keep track of what I’ve done?

I've heard some people talk about TabUp.com as a good organizer. You could probably check it out and see if it works for you. As keeping an online chart is a good idea. You can save your chart and get back to it whenever needed. Less paperwork and pinups.

Some of the watches that measure your pulse have an interface to a PC software that creates a log. I use Suunto and can recommend their log, although the UI look is a bit old fashioned. If you have accessories to keep distance info it really enters most of the information to the log for you, including analysis of how hard and how effective is your training program.

I would suggest yopu to use and maintain a regular diary. It always helps.

Time management is one of the technique you could use to keep track of what you are doing. If you manage your time properly then you will have your routine on what you are doing. You could also put it in your board so that you can easily see it.
