I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I've been having more pain than usual between my shoulder blades right across my back. Some of the discomfort radiates around to the front of my chest but it's mostly across the back between my shoulder blades. This has been going on for the past two weeks or so. Could it be caused my my conditions? Does any one relate to these symptoms?

Hi,

Please see your medical doctor and have a thorough physical examination

and have some blood work specifically the cardiac enzymes to rule out any cardiac

problems.

Hello Alice,

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about three years ago following a car accident. My pains are in my arms and legs, hands. My spine will get numbness and my shoulder blades have tenderness and the pain will radiate down my arms. If I have been doing too much, I will have the pain in my chest, not real bad, but enough to make me pause. Also my legs feel like lead and it is difficult to climb stairs or walk too far.

With me it boils down to not over doing my daily activities.

There are multiple causes for the shooting pain, so I would seek medical care.  If you are cleared of any diagnosis from your physician, then try heat and massage.  Muscle spasms can cause shooting pain as you describe.

I can relate to your illness. The pain can be unbearable. I too think you should clear your chest pains. Pain is not visable to others. I lived your life for so many years. I know you are tired of feeling so bad. I was introduced Mila. I can tell you it is the best Nutrition I have ever put in my body. I chose to stop taking pain pills, but please remember; that was my personal decission. I wanted to see if Mila would really help me. It has! I walk better, feel better, and I am SMILING! If you would like to read about Mila please continue to: http://terrelanep.lifemax.net

Mila is not medicine. It is 100% Natural Whole Raw Chia Seed.
