IF a woman does not have any eggs , will she still be able to have a normal menstrual period?
I don't think so. I believe that the definition of a period is the shedding of eggs. If there are no eggs, I would think that there would be no period.
She might have menstrual symptoms, because the cycle is also influenced by hormones, but she will not ovulate.
