"XYLENE" a Hazmat CHEMICIAL FOUND IN CHILDRENS TOYS, PAINTS, NEW AUTOS, ETC. And it's Health Concerns and Safety.
I am looking for any civil or class action law suits filed against the company who produces above Stripper called XLYENE and is ,used for a tool cleaner, adhesive remover, pain thinner ...ECT.. The Product in question??? is Mfg.by W. M. Barr and Co , located in MEMPHIS TENN. under the name is: KLEEN SWEEP-XlYOL XYLENE ..LOOKING . forr any INFORMATIOMN AT ALL REGARDING ABOVE THE HAZMAT CHEMICIALKNOW AS: "XYLENE" Which is mfg by other Companies. also and is used in CHILDRENS TOYS, NEW CARS, WOOD, SPRAY PAINT....ETC....Reports Of Health Concerns from Parents also have arisen due to the fact it is used in Children's Toys! Also there are raised concerns when reading the MDNA Data Report as to the Labeling of this Product? Are the concerns being displayed on each item containing this Chemicial? XLYENE is considered A HAZMAT CHEMICIAL. Also this Product/Chemical is sold freely over the counter at most hardware stores for example HOME DEPO in PA is where i located it. Also,I am wandering if the SAFETY LAWS differ regarding which State it is purchased in? Also I heard at on the this Chemical -XYLENE was taken off the shelves and market due to it's Health AND Haz mat Concerns? <> Is this True? If anyone knows ANYTHING at ALL...regarding above the Company or any other Company which manufactures this HAZMAT CHEMICIAL known as. XLYENE it would be greatly appreciated if you would post and notifiy Me ASAP. .
