I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.

The only think that sounds close to what you are describing is called acute gouty attacks. But since I am not a doctor, if you haven't already done so, you need to discuss this with your doctor since he/she already knows your past history best.

If it was diagnosed by a doctor as gout, then you are retaining uric acid from certain foods you ingest.

The best solution would be to go see a foot specialist who treats gout as you have it for 4 years.

You can try Black Cherry Juice helps reduce the inflammation caused by gout and arthritis

Hi Jason, No particular diet has been shown to reduce the risk of a gout attack mainly because there have been no recent studies done.

But because this is a recurrent attack it is obviously being caused by something that you are putting in your body. It may even be something as simple as the combination of certain foods and alcoholic beverages.

Still, most doctors agree that it just makes sense to reduce your intake of foods high in purines such as red meat, organ meat and seafood.

The way this works is that your red blood cells carry uric acid to your kidneys and your kidneys eliminate this waste product from your body.

Today, with so many of us, our red blood cells are overloaded with waste products from the impure foods that we eat. Foods such as beef with BGH (Bovine Growth Hormone - You can thank Monsanto for that), fish polluted with mercury, and chicken that has been fed other dead and diseased chickens so that the farmer could save money on chicken feed.

In order for your body to process and carry all these contaminants to their proper disposal portal, you would need 3 times the amount of blood you have in your body.

Since there is no way you can do that, I recommend that you do what I did. A year ago I started my Oxygen Therapy Program. What it does is provide badly-needed oxygen to your red blood cells so that the contaminants within your blood are neutralized (or killed). This allows your red blood cells to do their dual job of carrying contaminants out to the lungs, kidneys, etc...and oxygen to your muscles and other parts of your body which slowly deteriorate without it.

If you need more information, you can contact me directly or you can go HERE.

God Bless
