A:

Hate, like love, is never about the other person. its about us. We hate seeing things about ourselves that we don't like. So if we see it in others, we hate them too. Or if others are good where we are not, it brings up the dissapointment we feel about ourselves.

Hate is a form of seperation. we create around us what we think we deserve. so if we hate ourselves we cannot tolerate niceness.

and finally - Hate, anger, withdrawell, are ways to extract energy from others. Love yourelf enough to put a stop to such an energy suction.
