Oregon DMV What are my rights to appeal a harsh and unusual sentence for a first offense DUI
Did you have an attorney and if so what does he say. I live in Florida and no matter what a judge rules the Florida DMV has the last say over anything the judge might rule on. I know of situations where the judge has turned over a DUI ruling and the DMV still had the final say on reinstatment of the Drivers License.
