Harrassing phone calls

my wife has a credit card she is a little late on her payment the company has repeately called me her husband i have given them her number so they can talk too her but they keep calling me ihe ask them to stop calling me but they wont what can i do about this

You should talk to a lawyer, I do not think you actually have a case but it might frighten them little and they will leave you alone.

Well, if she changes her number or foward her mail to a PO. Box I don't think they would be able to bother her as much as they are now.
