I don't know how. Some people are never satisfied and would drain you of everything you are and have before you ever try to do anything for yourself. Some people would be unhappy with you if tried to help yourself before helping everyone else in need first.

If giving everything you have to everybody else and devoting all your time to their wants makes you happy, then you have a chance. You still won't please everybody, but you will be happy, in a manner of speaking.

I think the best thing would be to be happy first and then share your happiness with others. Just the fact that you are happy will displease some people. You will never win at pleasing people more than temporarily. Once you satisfy one thing there will always be something else.

The only way you can do that is if you only find happiness by pleasing everyone else which is an impossibilty. You will, however, find that you will be happy by taking careof yourself and then helping those who appreciate your help.
