First keep trying to get the mom to feed. Place the pups along her and see if that will work. Obviously they need nourishment so if that doesn't work, most vets and pet stores have puppy formula. Mothers milk is best, but you can get the formula. But remember you will be feeding them constantly. So be prepared.
