I would like to paint on my leather-like shoes (not paint but draw on) which materials should I use so the paint doesnt peel off or wear off?

one thing I can advise you is to use Angelus leather paint.
And if your having problem on thinking about the designs for your shoes, watch some vids on youtube, just search for "shoe paint"...
