I think that it is very unlikely at this point. My prediction and hope is that Hamas continues (as it is now) to weaken. It has been unsuccessful in providing for Palestinian residents all that it had promised and people have lost hope in its leadership abilities. I believe that peace talks can only truly begin when the PA takes total control of the situation. Palestinians need to deal with their own internal issues and build for themselves the beginnings of a strong leadership before they can confront other more external conflicts (with Israel).
