I have a fog machine, and when i first turn it on ...

I have a fog machine, and when i first turn it on the fog comes out in high pressure then about 5 mins later it comes out very slow in low quantities. It will stay that way for the rest of the time it is on. Any ideas if this is how it is suppose to work?

I am surprised no one answered you.  It's very normal.  The fog machine gets to its steady state (equilibrium) few minutes (2-5 minutes).  I'll give an analogue situation: Compare it to the fire you prepare for your BBQ......  At the beginning the fire is different from the steady state you reach after some 15 minutes.   Same applies to your car: In a cold day your car will react in a different way on the 1st minute compared to after 10 minutes (same reasons).  Did I managed to make my point ?

But is the "equilibrium" almost no fog at all, with a car at the 1 min mark it runs but not great, at the ten minute mark the car runs perfect, so, this is not the same analogy. The way this fog machine is working, it worked great when first plugged in, and then it barely works, at that "10 minute" mark.

Tnx.  It was not clear from your question that at equilibrium it doesn't produce fog (or very little).  In that case something is probablly wrong with that fog machine.  Consult an expert / dealer.
