Hallmark card promote teen sex?

Does a Hallmark card, which features a picture of two wine glasses and asks "Care for some liquid clothes remover?" promote teen sex? (I've pasted a picture of the card below.)

I personally think the card is inappropriate but I don't think it was necessarily meant for a teenage population. There are many cards out there that cater to a certain type of population and I think this is one of them that maybe shouldn't be in the regular corner store, but rather a speciality store.

Since it's actually legal to have sex from the age of 16 but the legal drinking age is 21, I suspect that this actually might promote the consumption of alcohol more then it would sexual activity.

Honestly, teens already know that drinking might make people a little more loose when it comes to sex. Just watch the OC or Gossip girls or actually any contemporary TV show. I don't think a hallmark card will change things either way.
