why does so much of my hair fall out when i wash it in the shower? it does it even when i string my fingers through it!!!! :( i am only 16 and i feel like every time i shower my hair gets tyhinner and i lose more of it my hair is naturally thick but now its alot thinner than it used to be...whats going on?!?!?!?!!?
Hair falling has a lot to do with nutrition... are you sure you're eating enough?

It could be cuz:
dying your hair to much
Not getting enough Vitamins
Change of weather
puberty
and maybe you should try switching your shamppo and condiotner to
cuz if you use the same thing over and over then your becomes "dull" with it.
well its normal to lose hair your suposed to loose a thousond strands a day....but if you are loosing clumps i suggest to look at your diet as weird as this may seem...try eating more fruits and vegtiables good luck

Don't feel bad I'm 39 and after every shower I notice how much of my hair ends up in the drain...I have thick hair so I figure it's normal to loose some, but it is weird.
My doc told me to take vitamins(vitamin d and E), and use a gentle hair coloring also try brushing hair every night before bed...good luck.
