Hair falling has a lot to do with nutrition... are you sure you're eating enough?

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

1.  Chemicals might do it (Are you painting you hair ?, How frequently ?)
2.  Had your parence the same (at your age) ?.
3.  Are you healthy ?
4.  Are you eating properly (healthy food, good eating habits, normal
     quantities).
My advise: Get ASAP a proffesional advise.

It could be cuz:

dying your hair to much

Not getting enough Vitamins

Change of weather

puberty

and maybe you should try switching your shamppo and condiotner to

cuz if you use the same thing over and over then your becomes "dull" with it.

Don't feel bad I'm 39 and after every shower I notice how much of my hair ends up in the drain...I have thick hair so I figure it's normal to loose some, but it is weird.

My doc told me to take vitamins(vitamin d and E), and use a gentle hair coloring also try brushing hair every night before bed...good luck.
