No you can't. Well, not with traditional hair straighteners (ie flat irons etc).
You can, however, use the warm water technique.

You can use a flat iron but you need to be careful not to burn your extensions.

you can only flat iron extentions if there human hair also stay off of the area that connects your hair to extention. Wesley {great lengths}
