Hair dye that washes out?

Is there a hair dye that you can use and it really washes out after a few weeks?

I just want to see what my hair would look like if it were a little more copper-colored, but I don't want to really dye it and then be stuck having to keep fixing the roots or dye it back to my natural color.

You can purchase most temporary hair colors in pharmacies or your local discount store, you might even check at a local hair salon, they also sell this type of product.

Thanks... what I meant to ask was if anyone has experience with them and knows if they actually wash off when they say they will (approx 6 weeks).

This wasn't really the answer I was looking for. I was interested in personal experiences with such a dye.

Rach,

I used Natural Instincts (Clairol) a long time ago. It washed out after about a month. It also smelled WAY better than other brands of dye.

OMG ! My friend used natrual Instincts yes it smells GREAT ! But she has dirty blonde light brownish hair , and she died it light red , looked amazing on her for the first week , and then it faded out , it was a 24 wash and it has been 4 MONTHS AND STILL HASN'T COME OUT ! And it dosn't look very nice anymore , and she can't die to back to her natrual color either , please if anyone , andI mean ANYONE ! has any idea how to take it out of your hair PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE telll me , it is a total emergency !

Frown

ok my hair was like a medium brown color and i wanted a change so i "RINSED" it black (rinse meaning temporary ) i washed it a few times but its still black...only a little lighter i saw a lady who also did the same thing and you cud see brown patches in her hair so im guessing it rinses out after a long time but sometimes you just have to GO FOR IT do something risky and exciting for yourself !
