i hade a period twice this month at the beginning of the month and at the end of the month and it was a week before my real period could i be pregnate

You shouldn't have bleeding if your pregnant, though it does happen. If what you had felt like a regular period, chances are you're not pregnant. If you're still not sure, take a test.
