Hacked Aim Email

I checked out your post on spoofed email through bots. Well im going to school for computer networking and this must be a skilled hacker because i cant even figure out how this person could of done this. So i need hep with getting my account back, but heres the problem i didn't even know my secret password anymore when i noticed i was hacked because people were telling me i was on when i was not. I tried asking aol what i can do they told me to change my password thats alot of help i dont own a credit card and im 17 yrs old i cant pay to change my password. Also the weird thing is its been months ive been studying how this hacker got me and im stumped. It could not be a enter tracking cookie trojen or ect and it couldnt of been caught through aol. because i created that account on my other computer and not once since i created that account have i ever entered my secret question or password thing on my recent computer or since that day. Somehow they retrieved all of that and changed my password so i cannot use it anymore. aol told me i was sol but i no that cant be possible because im not stupid they do have the rights to unlock your account or change password and everything on certain terms. But all i have is proff of me creating the account and transfering all my emails contacts and ect to that account and i still have the emails from that on my original acount that still works. So i need help with finding out how i get it back. I can give u all the info that i had entered for that email in the past and everything.
