In those dates you have to be prepared for quite high rates. X-mas is one of the highest season of the year, so it makes sense to buy your tickets even with 6-month anticipation. I used yahoo travel several times. Now when I run a search for flights from Miami FL to Toledo Spain (unless you mean other Toledo in the US), I find flights with Iberia for $697 round trip which is pretty cheap actually. Do your search in yahoo travel, I'm sure you'll find something good.
