Sport every day and the right nourishment.

For the best result you need to choose the right kind of sport which you like. Then it will be easier to go into it every day. I go to the swimming pool 3 times a week, volleyball 1 or 2 times a week and dance lessons almost everyday. Good luck!Wink

Thanks for your comment!  I don't have a swimming pool nearby....but I DO have A BED!  I've designed my own "bed excercises"....and when the weather gets better around my neighbourhood, (it's freezing now!), I'll take a walk every day, too!  Thanks for your advise!
