Sometimes we put up walls not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to break them down.
Simple, watch what you eat, exercise every day and make sure you take in less calories than you expend. For each 3500 calories not used, you will lose one pound.
Thanks for your good advise! Excercise EVERY day, (I've been remiss in that...but no longer!), and cut down on calories. As mentioned above, when the weather gets better, I'm gonna walk around my neighbourhood a lot! thanks again!
