"Most people see things as they are, and ask, 'why'? But I think of things that never were, and ask, 'why not'?" -- George Bernard Shaw.

Sport every day and the right nourishment.
For the best result you need to choose the right kind of sport which you like. Then it will be easier to go into it every day. I go to the swimming pool 3 times a week, volleyball 1 or 2 times a week and dance lessons almost everyday. Good luck!
Sometimes we put up walls not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to break them down.
Simple, watch what you eat, exercise every day and make sure you take in less calories than you expend. For each 3500 calories not used, you will lose one pound.

Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.
For non-amputative approaches, you have some good advice that has already been posted.
You question, at least, suggests that you want a permanent solution; do it once and that is it. As has been alluded to above, you need a change in life style. I do not know of a single (or married) person that went to bed skinny and woke up fat. Weight gain is a reflection of life style. So is weight loss and maintenance of one's ideal weight.

There is only one way to do this and that is to follow a online course that is from Dr Frank Smoot. This is the only method of permanent weight loss and is well worth every cent of the mere $39.95 that the online course costs. My own daughter lost 7kg in 3 weeks and has not since gained weight, but has remained at her ideal weight.
Apart from the above weight loss benefits, the course also will result in you becoming a far happier and confident person. See Dr Franks Course.
Just me, My opinion--I hope you are smart enough to realize that there is no "only method of permanent weight loss" and the only thing you will lose here is the money you pay. If this were true, I could follow the above, lose weight, eat 5000 calories each day afterwards and not gain weight. If it sounds too good to be true--it's because it usually is. Watch your calories and exercise. Good luck to you,
What you think about you bring about!!!
A truly difficult question to answer!! and of course, everyone has their own opinion.......Mine is based on something old, but good.
Back in the 1930's and '40's there was a film star named Rosalind Russell..she was always very slender her whole life....when asked what her secret was, she said that she dieted every other day...one day she ate pretty much what she wanted, watching portion sizes, of course, then the next she would eat a little less!! Now that made sense to me, so I tried it....I do not have a weight problem, but want to maintain what I have.....I also have a sweet tooth!! So I eat the goodies only every other day!!!! It's not really hard to do, for, as I like to say, 'you can do anything for just one day'.....it really works!
For weight loss, of course, it'd be a little different....you could, as said above, really cut back on meal size and snacks, (or no snacks at all on that day) then eat relatively 'regular' on the other days........
I hope you give this some thought....of course exercise has to be a part of it, too,,,,,,,but think it over.....I'd like to know what you think!!!
If it tastes awful, it's probably good for you.
You already know the answer. Sorry, but there are no shortcuts. You want to know how to reduce the weight of your body? It's all about your body. It's about what you put into your body, and what you do with your body. It's that simple. Forget supplements, forget books or courses.
It's like a broken record, but it's the truth: Watch what you eat, and take care of yoru body. Exercise. Don't eat crap. Don't smoke, don't drink alcohol to an excess. Take care of your body. Eat properly.
Every book, every course will just find different different way to state the above. Supplements are just band-aids that address the symptoms of NOT eating properly and NOT exercising.
Eat properly. Exercise daily. Change your habits.
