HELP my home stereo wont play my mp3 burned disk ...

my home stereo wont play my mp3 burned disk , when it used to, not long ago play burned disk from my pc in mp3 format.  At first the stereo would display 'no disk' when the burnt disk was inserted in the stereo, so i used a mp3 converter (just incase the music was not in mp3 format - Switch Sound File Converter-) The stereo then said 'no play' when the disk was tested again, the thing is it used to do it easily a few weeks ago.  whats up with that!

The less that you give you're a taker

Check to see that your burn program is finalizing the discs you burn, if not, they will not play in your home system, but may play in your computer only by accessing the source music files on your hard drive. Does the cd in question play on a car cd player? Did you use a dvd disc by mistake? Did you recently change burning programs? If the first song on the disc is in wma format that might stop play right there, a few downloads get past us this way, depending on your service.

Some home stereos have this problem. The key is of course finalizing the CD but if you remember not changing anything. Try burning the CD in the slowest speed possible this will help ensure the quality. The slower the better. Secondly you might need to give the laser sensor in your stereo a clean. There are many products out there.
